I have chose for a character trait for Anne Frank; dependent. Anne Frank is a very dependent girl but yet not at the same time. When choosing this quote for this post I looked at the main trait for Anne Frank. She is also very outgoing but yet relies on people to make herself happy. As she moves to her new hiding place to stay away from Hitler she is very dependent on the others in the house to keep her and her family safe so they will not be caught by Hitler.
I picked the song, You and Me by Lifehouse. I picked this song because they depend on each other to make their lives for the better. This is a very sad song but yet this is a very sad story.
Great job Danielle. I liked how you described why the character has such character trait and why that character doesn't have such character trait. I couldn't see the quote, next time I think you should either add a quote or make the quote more obvious by adding italics or quotation marks around the quote. I liked how the video you chose has somewhat of a different topic than your book but you were still able to relate the two. What do you think will happen next in your book? What is the name of this book? Have you found any relationships between the days of Anne Frank and current day?
ReplyDeleteI completely understand why you picked this song after I read over what you said, and listened to the song. I agree fully with why you picked the song, and I feel you had great details and reasons to support how you felt and why you chose the song. However, was there anything more you could have said about Anne to help the reader understand fully about her characteristics? Good job otherwise.
ReplyDeleteI think you definitely have some great ideas. Your sentences however, could be created with more fluency with only a small change eg: "I have chose for a character trait for Anne frank;dependent". This sentence could be modified into "One character trait that I believe to stand out in Anne Frank is her dependency". Just make sure you pay attention to the way things sound when they are read:). I do agree with the connection to the video, and cool song btw. How does Anne Frank and her life relate to you or your life?
